I know what some of you are thinking. It’s something along the lines of this:
WTF, Thoughtsy. I gave you an award months ago, and you haven’t posted it. Oh, Homework, Thoughtsy, I hate you. You stink. I wish I could wash you away in the sink….
Here’s where I post all of the awards at the same time and break all the rules about telling you 7 things about myself.
For the last award, I told you what kind of cheese I liked.
Seriously.
If you really want to know 7 things about me, ask me a question in the comments. Or go read 7 posts. Do a little leg work. I can’t spoonfeed and spoil you for the rest of your life.
Despite my half-ass participation, I do want to thank everyone who passed along an award to me. I love you! Your Pop-Tarts are in the mail.
- Doesn’t Speak Klingon
- Silva Gang
- Touch of Embellishment
- The Incredible Bitch Blog
- Marina Sleeps
- Dockfam
- Connective Tissue Disorders
And I’m passing the awards along to anyone who’s having a bad day. May one of these awards cheer you up!

I also really suck at awards posts. And then I lose track of the awards I’m supposed to be posting. And I feel like an ass.
This is good.

I do the same thing. I think as long as we thank the person, it’s all good. The “7 things about me” thing is pretty dumb considering the whole BLOG is about the person, duhh.

That is an excellent point!

Haha I never post about my awards, I’m terrible. I thank the people who gave them to me and call it a day!

Haha I know the feeling of award influx! But don’t you feel all gooey when you see how much people love you
Cheers

I feel like mailing Pop Tarts would cause them to shatter into 498748293875320.5 peices upon arrival. They’re very crumbly.

I was thinking more like 3.14159 pieces. But your number is probably more accurate.

Ha! A maths joke. Nice.

Pop Tarts are excellent. My favorite is Strawberry without frosting. Wow, I just realized what a boring person I just made myself out to be… Anyway, I love reading what you write! Cat ^..^

I just used the word “just” too many times just now in the comment I wrote just a minute ago which is just above what I am writing just now… :-S
September 17th, 2012 at 6:37 am
No…frosting?
September 17th, 2012 at 12:53 pm
Yeah…. Maybe it’s my way of justifying eating the little yummy pastries. No frosting is healthier, right? On occasion I will sneak a choc chip cookie dough out of it’s shiny package. My son hasn’t figured out who the clepto is…yet.

I looked at the nutritional info one time, and the frosting Pop-tart actually had less calories or less fat or something. Who knew?

never do the awards, but love the links! X

I suck at awards. I have these wonderful, and brilliant intentions – then I misplace them. Oops.
Congrats on your awards! You are certainly deserving my dear.
September 15th, 2012 at 5:24 pm
Crap! i just remembered that I received a few awards a couple of weeks ago that I never responded to. I like your philosophy, though. I don’t wanna spoon feed people, either… hmph.
September 16th, 2012 at 2:34 am
I also have a reward, and am unable to think of 7 things about me. Maybe I’ll steal your idea
September 16th, 2012 at 4:31 am
Congrats woo!
September 16th, 2012 at 6:11 am
O.k..what is your second favorite thing to eat, after Pop Tarts?
September 17th, 2012 at 6:39 am
Hmmmmm…excellent question! I’m totally going to do a post on this.
September 16th, 2012 at 11:18 am
The good news is you made me feel much less shitty of a blog friend for not responding to any of the three I received recently
I’m always thankful to get them, it’s sweet, but I’m innately to much of a slacker to follow up!
September 18th, 2012 at 4:11 am
Heeeey, I never received my pop-tart!
What flavor was it? Was it frosted? That will make all the difference in the world as to whether I will be able to move on, or if I will be spending the rest of my week mourning its loss into the postal service black hole.
September 18th, 2012 at 7:00 am
Well, the USPS can be pretty slow. Or maybe someone ate them enroute to you! I sent one smores and one strawberry frosted.
